I am thinking of doing some higher degree courses on webdesign and development in US. There are lot of future scope and opportunities in this field and also you can see my blog is not well designed

I tried to learn from various tutorial sites, blogs etc, read lot of books and e-books on designing and photoshop subjects but still I am a newbie in this field.

I read a lot about CSS (Cascading style sheets) but always confused a lot. I recently found some good web design and development schools on http://www.selectitschools.com/ - can anyone suggest which one is the best out of it ?
