I think this blog needs a new wordpress design. I know branding your blog with a custom template helps a lost in boosting your popularity, but currently I am not in a situation to hire a designer to create a new custom design and then a coder to make it a wordpress template. A new custom wordpress template can cost around 300 - 500 USD depending on the designer and coder.
So I am in search of some nicely designed free wordpress templates. I want a template with features like 3 column (to place some 125×125 banner buttons), header changeable, widget ready template and more.

The current theme which you are seeing is an adsense ready template from Doshdosh.com - though I have made some modifications like custom header, widgets and removing some adsense codes.Though you can get free wordpress themes, but it can’t be better than a new custom design. Because if a free wordpress theme is like a custom design used by shoemoney or johnchow, then wordpress designers will face a serious scarcity of designin job.
